William L. CoulterWilliam Coulter came to Saranac Lake in 1896 to cure. He cured at 38 and 34 Shepard Avenue. He was the first successful architect to reside in, and establish a practice in, the central Adirondacks. He designed some of the finest Great Camps and cure cottages in the area.
